Alex is a BAFTA and EMMY winning producer with a track record of innovative science & natural history programmes, including ‘Inside Nature’s Giants’, ‘Your Inner Fish’, and ‘H20: The Molecule That Made Us’.

As the former Head of Development at True to Nature, Alex loves to push boundaries and come up with left-field approaches to filmmaking. Prior to True to Nature, he spent nine years at Windfall Films and has also directed at Plimsoll Productions, STV, Lion TV & Passion Planet.

Whether it's dissecting animals to reveal how they work, coordinating the mass hatching of eggs over the Easter weekend, or collecting whale snot live on TV, Alex is passionate about devising new ways to entertain, educate and inspire audiences about the natural world.
